Brought to you by our City Council and City Planners with the assistance of the creators of Santa Monica's 3rd St. Promenade and Old Towne Pasadena. This grandiose development of the packing house/ice house area of the Village will change the face and perhaps substance of Claremont forever. Is this the merchandising of Claremont as a brand name (complete with street merchants and five dollar parking) or a development that will general benefit our citenzery?
